What is ManyRequests? The client portal for agencies, explained

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-03

Quick answerManyRequests is a white-label client portal for agencies and productized services. It combines request intake, billing, time tracking, a CRM and reporting. Core starts at $59 a month, or $39 billed annually.

ManyRequests in one paragraph

ManyRequests is web-based client portal software for agencies and productized-service businesses. Clients log in to a portal that carries your branding, buy or subscribe to a service, submit requests through intake forms, review the work and pay. Your team handles those requests on the other side, tracks time against them and bills from the same system. The vendor describes the product as one platform for client onboarding, requests and billing.

If the category itself is new to you, start with what a client portal is and what it replaces. This site has not used ManyRequests hands-on. Everything here comes from the vendor's public pricing, product and help center pages, read on 3 October 2026.

Who makes ManyRequests

The product is published by ManyRequests LLC, the name shown in the site footer. The company's About page says it was founded in 2019 by Robin Vander Heyden and Gabriel Lecointere, who are listed as CEO and CTO. The same page says the product is used by 1,800 agencies and that the company is backed by Calm Company Fund. Those are the vendor's own figures and this site has not checked them independently.

Support runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern time, by email and in-app live chat, according to the pricing page FAQ.

The six modules: portal, requests, billing, time tracking, CRM and reporting

The pricing page lists six base modules that come with every plan.

  • Client portal. Your logo, colors, CSS and custom domain, with client sign-up pages, onboarding screens, file sharing and messaging.
  • Requests. Request forms with conditional rules, custom statuses, and kanban, list and queue views. Design and video proofing let clients comment directly on the asset.
  • Billing. Subscriptions and retainers, hourly and credit-based services, invoices, checkout forms, discount codes and free or paid trials. Payments run through your own Stripe account.
  • Time tracking. Timers and manual timesheets tied to each request, with breakdowns by service and client.
  • CRM. Client profiles, organizations, notes, tags, brand profiles and request history.
  • Reporting. Time and usage reports plus revenue figures from Stripe or manual payments.

Every plan also includes unlimited clients and a Zapier connection. The full breakdown by plan is on the ManyRequests features list.

ManyRequests starting price, monthly and annual

The cheapest plan is Core. It costs $59 per month when you pay month to month and $39 per month when you pay annually, as read on 3 October 2026. Both figures cover one team seat. Clients do not count as seats.

Pro$99 per month$79 per month1$30 monthly billing, $25 annual billing

There is a 14-day free trial with no card required. The vendor says it charges no transaction fees on client payments, so you pay Stripe's fees only. Seat costs change the real bill quickly, and the ManyRequests pricing breakdown works through team sizes.

Who uses ManyRequests, and who should not

The vendor names design agencies, Webflow agencies, video production agencies and 3D design studios as its main use cases. The common thread is a steady flow of similar requests from clients on a subscription or retainer. Request limits per service, credit balances and hour rollover all exist for that model.

It is a weaker fit if your work is one long custom project per client, if you need deep project planning tools such as Gantt charts, or if your team is large. One seat is included, so a ten-person team on Pro pays $99 plus nine seats at $30, or $369 a month on monthly billing.

Two alternatives: Wayfront and Assembly

Two products come up most often next to ManyRequests. Both changed names recently, which makes them harder to find.
