ManyRequests features: what each plan includes and what is missing

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-03

Quick answerCore includes the portal, request forms, billing, time tracking, CRM, reporting and Zapier. Pro adds webhooks, the API, Slack, workload management, custom emails and removal of the Powered by link.

Most ManyRequests features are in Core

ManyRequests features split into six modules, and nearly all of them are included in the cheapest plan. The plan comparison on the official pricing page marks most of its feature rows as available on Core. Pro adds a short list of automation, branding and capacity features. Enterprise adds a branded mobile app and concierge onboarding.

The lists below follow that comparison table as it stood on 3 October 2026. Core is $59 per month on monthly billing and $39 on annual billing. Pro is $99 and $79. Each includes one team seat. The Core vs Pro comparison covers the upgrade decision on its own.

Website proofing is listed as coming soon, so do not count on it yet. The help center lists nine request form field types, including short answer, paragraph, file upload, single and multiple selection, date and rich text.

Selling services and getting paid

Every billing feature in the comparison table is on both plans:

  • Subscriptions and retainers, with free or paid trials
  • Hourly and credit-based services, including hours that roll over
  • Invoices, branded checkout forms and discount codes
  • Service catalogs, top-ups and client balances
  • Limits per service on active requests and on requests per month

Card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH run through Stripe. Other methods such as PayPal or a bank transfer can only be recorded as manual payments. The vendor states it adds no transaction fee of its own. See credits versus hours if you are choosing a billing model.

Connecting other tools: what needs Pro

Stripe, Zapier, live chat widgets and portal embeds are on both plans. Webhooks, the Slack integration and Rewardful are Pro only. The comparison table and the help center both place the API on Pro, although the Enterprise card also lists API access. The ManyRequests API page explains that conflict, and the integrations overview lists every connection.

What ManyRequests does not include

  • A free plan. There is a 14-day trial, then a paid plan.
  • More than one included seat. Every extra team member is a monthly charge.
  • A second payment gateway. Only Stripe is connected. PayPal is manual.
  • Gantt charts or timeline planning. The comparison table lists kanban, list and queue views only.
  • Proposals and e-signatures. Neither appears in the feature table.
  • A branded mobile app below Enterprise. That starts at $1,000 per month.

One figure on the pricing page is not clear. The comparison table shows 1TB of storage on Core and 2TB on Pro. The FAQ lower on the same page says 500GB and 1TB. Ask support which applies before you rely on it. The FAQ also gives a 10GB limit per file. More gaps are covered under ManyRequests limitations.
