Price and cost: the current base plans
The public pricing page checked on 19 September 2026 lists Core at $59 per month and Pro at $99 per month on monthly billing, each with one included team seat. Additional monthly seats are listed at $20 and $30 respectively. Annual billing shows different equivalent monthly amounts. Confirm the checkout total before committing; a displayed monthly equivalent is not a promise that the annual plan is charged monthly.
Work through a team example
For a fictional four-person team on monthly Core, the base-plus-seat arithmetic is 59 + three times 20 = $119 per month before any other charges. The equivalent Pro arithmetic is 99 + three times 30 = $189. These are calculations from the dated public inputs, not personalized quotes or predictions of your bill. Change the seat count to match who actually needs an internal account, rather than counting every client as a teammate.
Add the costs outside that arithmetic
List payment-processing charges, retained software, migration time and optional capacity separately. Do not assume that replacing a portal replaces your accounting, production or file-backup responsibilities. Ask which features you genuinely need in the first month and which require a different plan. A cheaper base tier is not cheaper if your mandatory workflow is unavailable there, while an expensive tier is not justified by a feature you may never use.
Choose a commitment you can explain
Compare monthly and annual billing only after the required workflow passes. Keep a dated copy of the selected plan and a note of the assumptions that could change it. If your team is still uncertain about adoption, the flexibility of a shorter commitment may matter more than a headline discount. Review cost when the team or service changes, not every time a competitor publishes a temporary promotion. Use the current merchant page for the final purchasing decision.
The evidence behind this buying guidance
This guide draws on ManyRequests current plans and billing choices. Merchant-controlled records describe the provider’s own capabilities, terms or standards; they do not independently validate those claims. These records do not establish independent confirmation of the product claims.
Verify any current price, plan limit, label direction, compatibility rule, or commercial term that would materially change the decision. The dated source ledger shows the underlying records so this conclusion can be checked and updated.
