ManyRequests vs SPP in brief, and what SPP is called now
ManyRequests is the cheaper choice for a solo operator or very small team running a request queue. SPP is the better value once you have about five people and sell services as orders. That is the short answer on price and fit.
First, the name. SPP stands for Service Provider Pro, which ran at spp.co. That address now redirects to wayfront.com, and the site footer states that Service Provider Pro is now Wayfront. The company's About page says it was founded in 2014 and rebranded as Wayfront in 2026. It is the same product under a new name, so the rest of this page calls it Wayfront.

Team size decides which is cheaper. On monthly billing, a five-person team pays $59 plus four seats at $20 on ManyRequests Core, which is $139. Wayfront Base covers the same five people for $129. For one person, ManyRequests Core at $59 is less than half the Wayfront price.

One thing each does that the other does not
ManyRequests: design and video proofing, where clients comment directly on the asset, is included on every plan, along with a queue view built for one-request-at-a-time subscriptions. Wayfront's pricing page lists neither.
Wayfront: a built-in helpdesk with support tickets, a referral and affiliate program and sales pipelines are all on the Base plan, and SEO reporting dashboards come with Pro. ManyRequests has no built-in referral program: it connects to Rewardful on Pro, its help center documents a Tapfiliate integration, and it has no ticketing module in its plan table.
The API is a real cost difference. ManyRequests places it in Pro at $99 a month. On Wayfront it is an add-on to Pro, which brings the monthly total to $599.
Which agencies suit ManyRequests and which suit Wayfront
- Choose ManyRequests if you run a design, video or web subscription with one to three people, need proofing, and bill by subscription, credits or hours. Read the ManyRequests review next.
- Choose Wayfront if you sell fixed packages such as SEO audits, link building or content, have about five or more staff, and want tickets and a referral program in the same tool. Wayfront says it built the product for productized digital marketing agencies.
- Look elsewhere if neither model fits. The ManyRequests alternatives page lists other options, and productized service software compares the category.
What switching between them involves
Both products bill clients through your own Stripe account. Wayfront states that if you leave, you can export clients and sales, and subscriptions stay active in your Stripe account. ManyRequests says in its pricing FAQ that it offers free migration help and can import clients and active subscriptions, though its plan table ticks migration help for Pro only. Its plan table marks migration help as a Pro item while its FAQ says all plans, so confirm that for Core.
What does not move automatically: service definitions, intake forms, request or order history, files and automations. Plan to rebuild services and forms by hand, move active clients in batches and keep the old portal readable until open work is finished. The staged migration plan sets out a safe order.
